Parts for Magna reels Ransomes MP655

Several kinds of reels can be fitted on the Ransomes MP655. Which one you mount, depends on the height and roughness of the grass that is to be mown. In comparison to the Sportscutter reels, the Magna reels are meant to do the rougher jobs. The machine can be fitted with five units that house the Magna or Sports reels. This gives the machine its mowing width of 3,5 metres. With a maximum speed of 12 kilometres per hour, the Ransomes MP655 is able to mow 3,7 hectares, or about 9 acres.

Magna reels

The mowing height of Magna reels is adjustable between 12,7mm and 61mm. The range of this height makes the magna reel ideal for sports pitches and parks. On top of that, this range makes the machine very flexible. By mowing with Magna reels, you are ensured of a very neat mowing result. The mowing cylinder and the bed knive cut the grass in a very even way.
