Return Policy of RDM Parts BV - For customers within the EU

At RDM Parts, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that situations may arise where you want to return an item. This return policy explains how and when you can return items and what our procedures are, in accordance with Dutch and European regulations.

Return Conditions

·         Return Period:
You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. This cooling-off period starts the day after you receive the product.

·         Condition of Returned Products:
The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including any accessories and documentation.

·         Exceptions:
Products that are custom-made or personalized cannot be returned. Items that are sealed and whose seal is broken after delivery are also not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

Click Here. Follow the instructions to register your return and generate a shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs:
The cost for returning a package, when you drop it off yourself at a UPS drop-off point, is set at €9.95 for 2024.
If you opt for a home or business pickup, the cost is €19.95.
These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Alternative Shipping Method:
You are also free to choose your own shipping method and/or carrier. Make sure the package is well-packed and send it to the following address:

The shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility unless it is a mistake or defect for which RDM Parts is responsible.

Return Form:
You must print the return form, fill it out as completely as possible, and include it in the box. This form is available via
 Return Form. . This helps us process your return quickly and efficiently.

Refunds

Processing Time:
Once we have received and inspected the return, we aim to process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs:
In case of a full return (all items from an order are returned), the original shipping costs will also be refunded. For partial returns, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Diminished Value:
If the returned product has diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, we reserve the right to deduct this reduction from the refund amount.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product for another item, you must first return the original item following the procedure outlined above and then place a new order.

Warranty

For specific warranty conditions of our products, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions. We follow the statutory warranty provisions, where a product meets what you can reasonably expect from it.

Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us at info@rdmparts.com. We strive to respond within 1 business day and work together to find a suitable solution.

If we cannot resolve the issue together, you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee "Thuiswinkel" or the European Commission via the ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Return Policy for Customers Based Outside the EU

At RDM Parts, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that there may be situations where you wish to return an item. This return policy explains how and when you can return items if you are a customer outside the EU.

Return Conditions

·         Return Period:
You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. This cooling-off period starts the day after you receive the product.

·         Condition of Returned Products:
The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including any accessories and documentation.

·         Exceptions:
Products that are custom-made or personalized cannot be returned. Items that are sealed and whose seal is broken after delivery are also not eligible for return.

Return Process:
Customers outside the EU cannot use our return portal. You must return the items at your own expense using a shipping method of your choice. Please ensure the package is securely packed and send it to the following address:

Shipping Costs and Duties:
The costs for returning the shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, any taxes, import, or export duties that may apply to the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Ensure that all necessary documentation is included with your shipment to avoid delays or additional costs.

You are required to print the return form, fill it out completely, and include it in your shipment. The form is available at the following link:

Required Documentation for Export:
When returning an item, please include the following numbers on the shipping documents to facilitate customs clearance:

Refunds

Processing Time:
Once we have received and inspected the return, we aim to process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. Please note: any shipping costs, taxes, or duties paid during the return process will not be refunded.

Reduced Value:
If the returned product has diminished in value due to use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, we reserve the right to deduct this reduction in value from the refund amount.

Exchanges
