Fleetguard oil filter LF3451
Moving parts in the machine are lubricated with oil. The oil ensures the small particles that form by operation of the machine are absorbed to ensure everything moves normally. The oil is cleansed from the particles by an oil filter. Check the parts manual if the filter with part number LF3451 fits for the machine.
Replace the Fleetguard oil filter
When starting the machine, the oil starts flowing through the system and the oil filter. After many hours of work, the oil filter will slowly start to get clogged signalling it is time for a new oil filter from Fleetguard. These oil filters are often mounted in a place that is not very accessible. We advise a rubber strap, chain or wrench to make it easier to dismount the oil filter. When replacing the oil filter, also remove the old oil and fill the system with clean oil, so the filter does not fill up with sludge.
