Fleetguard oil filter LF3706
Moving parts in the machine are lubricated with oil. This oil absorbs impurities that form by wear and combustion and they ensure a smooth movement of parts. Fleetguard has the oil filter LF3706 that takes these contaminating particles from the oil. Check the parts manual if the filter with part number LF3706 fits for the machine.
Replace the Fleetguard oil filter
The use of the machine will pump the oil through the oil filter to get rid of the contaminants. The filter paper will slowly start to get clogged with impurities. These oil filters are often mounted in a place that is not very accessible. We advise a rubber strap, chain or wrench to make it easier to dismount the oil filter. When replacing the oil filter, also remove the old oil and fill the system with clean oil, so the filter does not fill up with sludge.
