Fleetguard oil filter LF4006
Moving parts in the machine are lubricated with oil. Small particles that form during combustion and operation are dissolved in the black solution so everything operates smoothly. Fleetguard has the oil filter LF4006 that takes these contaminating particles from the oil. Check the parts manual if the filter with part number LF4006 fits for the machine.
Replace the Fleetguard oil filter
When starting the machine, the oil starts flowing through the system and the oil filter. This continues until the impurities clog the filter and it is time for a new one. These oil filters are often mounted in a place that is not very accessible. To loosen it you best use a sturdy strap or chain. When replacing the oil filter, also remove the old oil and fill the system with clean oil, so the filter does not fill up with sludge.
