Fleetguard oil filter LF716
Moving parts in the machine are lubricated with oil. The oil ensures the small particles that form by operation of the machine are absorbed to ensure everything moves normally. The oil is cleansed from the particles by an oil filter. The parts manual states if the Fleetguard oil filter with number LF716 fits on the machine. p>
Replace the Fleetguard oil filter
After every use the oil will leave a little bit of residue behind in the oil filter. After many hours of work, the oil filter will slowly start to get clogged signalling it is time for a new oil filter from Fleetguard. The oil filter is often in a place that is not accessible very conveniently when compared to an air filter. We advise a rubber strap, chain or wrench to make it easier to dismount the oil filter. At the same time as replacing the filter, remember to replace the oil so the system runs with a clean supply.
